At Big Agnes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
